The museum gift shop carries a wide range of items from quill pens, coloring books, games and other educational toys for children to jewelry, band boxes, pottery, home decor items, ironware, and collectibles for adults.

Books are also a popular choice of our visitors. Champaign County During the Civil War is a joint project of the Early American Museum, the Champaign Public Library and the Champaign County Civil War Round Table. Several thousand men from Champaign County left home and family to fight in the Union army during the Civil War. Their bravery and sacrifice affected both the nation's and the county's history. Through the words of a nineteenth century storyteller and excerpts from the actual letters and diaries of those who lived and loved here, the story of Champaign County During the Civil War comes to life on this 40 minute videotape! The price is $9.95 plus $3.00 shipping and handling.
